Cabo los Frailes Approximate GPS: N23°23' W109°25' Cabo los Frailes is actually inside the Pulmo National Marine Reserve, so no fishing is allowed in the immediate vicinity. However, it is an important navigational landmark, with excellent offshore fishing to the east.
